I had an experience with the Apple Store this weekend. I call it an experience because its not a visit, its by no means a burden, and its more than just going to a store, its an experience. Moving on my charger for my MacBook Pro had frayed and burned through the wire. I went online and made an appointment with the Mac Geniuses, easiest thing ever. I drove to the store walked in and the friendly staff directed me to the concierge. He took my name registered me and my name was instantly intergrated into the visual display on the back screens saying I was next for service. Soon I was called and went up to the "Genius Bar". The young man asked me what the problem was, I told him and slapped the charger on the table. He looked at it and went to the back and grabbed me a brand new charger. No paper work, no nothing. Just went in a within 10 minutes I was out and had a new charger. So thank you Apple for your speedy and understanding warrenty program.

Apple is the best. Mindy's computer keeps freaking out and doing all sorts of Dell things that make absolutely no sense (like shutting down or not going online or running updates that give the computer a virus) but mine only had one problem and then it fixed itself! yay for apples. I wish I coulda gone with you to Fashion Island:)
